Shannon Forrest is the Crew Resource Management Program Manger for FlightSafety International. In this role he
designs and delivers human factors aviation training to corporate flight departments. In the past he has served
as a Part 121 Airline Captain, flown for one of the major fractional jet providers, and delivered freight as a single
pilot in a high performance turbo-prop. He holds a bachelor of science degree in behavioral psychology.
